We partner with Sugar Roots Farm in New Orleans to source fresh, local ingredients for dishes that range from comforting, house-made breakfast staples to lighter, health-conscious fare. The Bower is a full service restaurant and bar proudly highlighting locally sourced American cuisine. Louisiana Farmers are our jam and inspiration. We partner with Sugar Roots Farm to provide locally-sourced ingredients which are highlighted in our menus and bar program. Everything is ingredient driven and determined by seasons and product availability.
